Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies from 3-5 business days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is ready to leave our facility.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with the tag label.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at shop@kallaricrafts.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund as well.

Once the order has been processed and if you still do not have the tracking number, you can cancel the order, otherwise you will have to wait to receive the item and then proceed with the return.
