The shipping rate depends on the state. Nevertheless, our clients receive Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more, anywhere in USA.
Deliveries should take a day or two for us to get your order ready and send your order. We will inform you by email when it is shipped and include the tracking information.
Out of Stock:
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will send an email to inform you that the item is out of stock and when the item will become available. If you do not wish to wait for the item to be back in stock we will offer a refund for the out of stock order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund on unused, unworn and unwashed items with the label tag within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items (like special orders or custom items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
